Clint Patty, J.D.

Our firm was a client of Clint’s for nearly a decade before we asked him to join us. We were transitioning to a majority ownership group, and we knew Clint had the expertise and passion to help us do it successfully. Today Clint is proud to help grow our firm and do his part in educating the community on the importance of a fee-only financial advisor.

Clint earned his Juris Doctorate from Washburn University School of Law in 1998 and promptly entered private practice. His was a highly successful practice and included working to secure three of four of the largest state contracts ever awarded in Kansas. He has applied that same aptitude for leadership at Clayton Wealth Partners, where he has helped his fellow partners adjust to their ownership roles while overseeing operations, including human resources, compliance, and marketing.

Clint makes his home in Topeka with his wife and children. When not spending time with them or catching up on the Kansas Jayhawks, he is dedicated to serving the community. He is active with First Christian Church of Topeka, Rotary Club of Topeka, Stormont-Vail Hospital Foundation, and Kansas Children’s Service League, among many others.  He also loves baseball, history, classic movies and a good conspiracy theory.
